The Master of Professional Psychology will provide selected Psychology graduates with a fifth year of professional training in Psychology. The degree will incorporate both coursework and supervised training and practice with the aim to provide students with a thorough grounding in professional practice to meet the accreditation standards set by APAC. 

On completion of this program, students will be able to seek registration as a general Psychologist following a further sixth year of approved supervised practice.

The Master of Valuation and Property Development (Professional) provides a wide range of skills that can be applied to global property markets. This program is designed to equip graduates with strong knowledge and advanced technical skills applicable to a variety of career paths such as property valuation and investment, finance, asset management and research. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including finance and taxation, corporate portfolio management, risk identification and management, feasibility analysis, law, property valuation and market analysis. This degree provides the opportunity to specialise in Property Valuation. Professional Portfolio is a 20 week, 45 credit point subject available to Masters of Valuation and Property Development (Professional) students in the Faculty of Society & Design. This subject is strongly experientially oriented and encourages students to develop their professional skills in a real world environment. The subject will ensure that students combine self-analysis and reflective learning skills with professional methodologies, so as to expand analytic and strategic thinking capabilities. It will provide practical experience for students to develop their skills in a profession relevant to their Master’s specialisation. All students will complete a 2,000-word scoping document, and either undertake a work placement in Australia for 210 hours (which includes an employer’s report) and reflective journal (up to 5,000 words) OR complete a collaborative research project totalling up to 15,000 words. All students will submit a final professional portfolio collection of documents, highlighting their practical and theoretical expertise in their profession of choice.

The Bachelor of Biomedical Science is a 2-year accelerated degree that provides you with the ideal undergraduate foundation for a career in the health sciences. The program focuses on real-world learning, where you will gain exceptional, high-quality practical experience in our health science laboratories. You will be able to develop and master technical-scientific and research skills using some of the latest research equipment, from the very first semester. Due to Bond University’s small class sizes, you will be able to enjoy extensive use of this equipment and will be able to use the facilities outside of scheduled class times to further develop and refine your practical skills. The laboratories have dedicated laboratory staff to provide support and optimise your learning experience. An innovative feature of the program is the application of problem-based learning in the curriculum, a popular feature in medical programs which creates an engaging student learning experience to increase analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills.

If you are looking to develop or enhance your expertise in the rapidly expanding field of professional communication, the Master of Communication is for you. As a student in the program, you will gain applied skills and knowledge in advertising, public relations, social media, human communication theory, relational communication, organisational communication and leadership, and communication research. You will also undertake a research project of your own choosing. Throughout the program, you will develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills in professional communication to equip you for roles in the fields of advertising, public relations, social media, research, management and leadership, and internal communication in private, public, and non-profit organisations.

The Bachelor of Creative Arts is an innovative program that tailors its offerings to students’ unique ambitions and interests. The personalised nature of the program empowers students to identify their own ambitions, then equips them with the skills, theory and practice to navigate existing pathways—or design their own. Creative Arts students undertake three majors. All students begin with creative writing subjects to develop a range of foundation skills in creative thinking and narrative.
