Master of Business students is provided with an opportunity to develop their planning, analytical and interpersonal skills that will enable them to professionally advance their career prospects in business.  The program provides students with a foundation in a variety of business practices, plus the ability to gain a specialization.

The program equips students to think critically, communicate professionally, work collaboratively, make ethical and responsible business decisions, and work effectively in a global business context characterized by change and uncertainty. The classes combine theoretical knowledge in Business with practical insights delivered through case studies, guest lectures, and work-integrated learning. Team building is encouraged through group projects and communication skills are enhanced through class presentations.

The Bond MBA (Professional) provides students with a solid foundation in a variety of business practices, plus the ability to gain a specialisation.  The professional program follows the same structure as the Master of Business Administration program with an additional 20-week Professional component. The program focuses on developing self-analysis and reflective learning skills and applying theoretical solutions for practical workplace problems. The program also provides global networking opportunities. The program equips students to think critically, communicate professionally, work collaboratively, make ethical and responsible business decisions, and work effectively in a global business context characterised by change and uncertainty. The classes combine theoretical knowledge in Business with practical insights delivered through case studies, guest lectures and work-integrated learning. The Master of City Planning program aims to produce innovative practice-oriented graduates with the capacity to play a leading role in creating sustainable cities and regions.  This program is designed to equip students for rewarding professional work planning for 21st century global-local challenges including rapid urbanisation, climate change, resource constraints, globalisation and technological disruption.  With its distinctive interdisciplinary urban design orientation, the program will cultivate city planners and urban designers with the global perspective, knowledge, skills and adaptability to make a significant contribution to addressing these challenges. The Master of Project Management program provides a comprehensive business-ready foundation that will equip students from any background with the knowledge required to develop a career and expertise in project management. The Master of Project Management features four distinct study themes including strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams and global working. The curriculum addresses a range of topics including conflict resolution, effective integrated planning, management, market performance, portfolio management, public and private sector investment and risk identification. External speakers from leading investment banks, credit agencies and portfolio fund managers contribute to case studies and workshops.

The Master of Arts (Coursework) program offers an opportunity for graduates to continue studies in a particular area, or branch out into other areas. Graduates of this program will possess a strong and broad set of skills essential to all professions, no matter what their chosen career. A range of subjects are available in the program allowing students to tailor their qualifications to suit their specific career interests.

With internationalisation revolutionising education globally, the ability to teach in culturally and linguistically diverse classrooms is no longer only needed by English as a Second Language teachers but is becoming essential for all teachers, at all levels of education in Australia and globally. The Master of Arts in TESOL develops knowledge and skills necessary for teaching English as a Second or Additional Language and for working in diverse classrooms in varied educational contexts, in Australia and internationally. The program is designed to provide prospective teachers with expert knowledge and skills for the initial experience of language teaching. The program also can provide experienced educators with an opportunity to extend their qualifications and gain advanced professional development.  

The Master of Arts in TESOL involves the completion of twelve (12) subjects which develop expert theoretical knowledge of second language teaching and learning, and provide opportunities for teacher trainees to apply these theories in a language classroom. Students engage in synchronous and asynchronous online/multimodal sessions. These sessions explore principles of teaching and learning English as a second/additional language or dialect and link theories with their classroom applications. Students develop a personalised philosophy and practical approach to classroom teaching. The program examines many areas of language teacher education such as how languages work and function in a society and how they are learnt. Students also learn how to be effective teachers in traditional and online classrooms, how to design language assessment and language programs.   The Practicum of approximately 30-hours, enables students to learn from and observe other language teachers in action, and teach for a minimum of 6 hours under their supervision. Pending their performance in the program, we can assist students located on the Gold Coast in completing the Practicum at Bond University College, an English Language Centre on the Bond University campus.

If students are unable to complete their Practicum at Bond University College, it is their responsibility to secure the placement in another ELT centre. Depending on prior qualifications and individual arrangements, students may organise their Practicum in schools (if they are registered teachers) or in other ELT Centres. Many teachers complete the Practicum at the place of their current employment.   Students work with a lecturer and peers in weekly interactive and collaborative sessions which provide a unique opportunity for becoming part of a dynamic learning community. Students also engage in self-paced learning through pre-recorded and post-recorded resources and gamified learning activities.   Students can commence their studies in the Master of Arts in TESOL in the January, May or September semester. All domestic students students can study either part-time or full-time. International students who study in Australia must enrol in the full-time study option. It is estimated that students need to spend approximately 10 hours per week of study per subject, in order to successfully complete it. Students who are in employment are, therefore, advised to undertake their studies part-time, particularly in their first semester.

The Master of Healthcare Innovations is offered full-time over 3 semesters (one year), or part-time over multiple semesters. The program is delivered to small cohorts via intensive workshops supported by blended and online learning approaches, limiting on-campus attendance requirements and ensuring flexibility to cater for interstate or international students, and those balancing studies with work and family commitments.

The Bachelor of Laws prepares students for a career as a legal professional. It provides students with a thorough grounding in essential areas of substantive law and access to a wide choice of law elective subjects, including the option of completing a specialisation. An integrated skills and professionalism program is embedded in the degree and focuses on core legal skills essential to the practice of law. The Bachelor of Laws provides an engaging learning experience that challenges students academically and prepares them for a legal career.

The Bachelor of Psychological Science provides students with a scientific understanding of normal psychological processes such as memory, learning, motivation, psychobiology, personality, emotion, developmental psychology, and social relationships, as well as training in abnormal psychology. A basic understanding of these topics is acquired across the two introductory subjects before a greater depth of coverage is undertaken within the advanced second and third-level subjects. Students also participate in laboratory work and are introduced to the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics. To underpin the scientific nature of the discipline, students receive training in a range of data analytic techniques and research methods used by psychologists. The Master Finance (Professional) is a quantitatively rigorous program that integrates innovative subjects that highlight Bond’s excellence in experiential and case-based teaching. The professional program follows the same structure as the Master of Finance program with an additional 20-week Professional component.
