The Master of Information Systems provides you the opportunity to extend your knowledge and skills in information technology, with a focus on business analysis skills at a professional level. Within this highly relevant framework you will be well prepared to contribute to future growth and change, whilst at the same time enhancing your individual advancement opportunities. This course develops your capacity to manage the functional responsibility for choosing, implementing and maintaining information systems within an organisation in any industry.

Choose from a range of minors including artificial intelligence, internet of things, mobile application development, networks and information security, project management, or software design and development and tailor your studies to suit your career goals and interests.

This course will provide you with the choice of completing an internship or project stream to contextualise your learning. Generally, the internship will be made of up a 10-week placement with a relevant organisation, with assessments completed throughout the term. Please note, internships cannot be taken at your current employer. Alternatively, the capstone stream provides the opportunity to apply your knowledge to an industry-relevant project. Projects in the capstone stream may be taken with your employer, provided other students can also participate in the same project.

If you're an established or aspiring information technology (IT) professional the Master of Information Technology will expand your professional knowledge and skills in information technology (IT). During the course, you will study a common first term made up of four units covering project management, introductory programming, ICT services management and information systems analysis and design. Following completion of your first four units, you will begin studying in your chosen major: networks and information security; mobile application development; and software design and development. The project management minor provides a unique opportunity to complete a minor in project management and study set elective units to graduate with both the Masters degree and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management (within the standard two years).

The Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) is an evidence-based degree designed to provide you with the qualification needed to apply to enter the professional qualification, the Master of Clinical Chiropractic.

Graduation from the Master of Clinical Chiropractic course renders you eligible to apply for registration as a chiropractor in Australia and overseas.

During your studies, you will develop clinical skills to become confident in the diagnosis and management of patients presenting for care. You will learn the history, philosophy and principles and theories of chiropractic from a contemporary perspective.

You will also develop knowledge and capabilities related to key business functions of strategy, economics, marketing, organisational and industry structure, operations and business analytics and the legal issues that affect managers, leaders and organisations. The Graduate Diploma of Business Administration allows articulation into the Master of Business Administration (MBA).

The Associate Degree of Digital Media can prepare you for paraprofessional work within the media and communications industry by providing practical skills and relevant theory that can be applied in a variety of fields associated with design, technology and media.

The course's flexible structure allows you to focus on your individual strengths and interests by pursuing specialisations in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Screen Production, Animation, or a combination of these areas.

Working within multimedia computer laboratories and production studios, you will learn how to create digital media works using industry-standard software tools and techniques. You will learn how to think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively, and work independently and collaboratively in response to digital media project demands.

The course can be studied on-campus or online, providing maximum flexibility.

This course provides an opportunity for you to extend your knowledge through coursework into project management and/or develop a research career in your relevant profession. This course focuses on both the hard technical and soft human aspects of project management. All the course materials have been aligned to the Project Management Institute (PMI) global standards and core bodies of knowledge. In the final year of the course, you can choose one of three streams; a research stream, a practicum stream, or an internship stream.

If you opt for the research stream your project can be based on either your workplace or issues that are important to your profession. The research stream will also allow you to meet the eligibility criteria to enrol in a Ph.D. program should you have a plan for an academic career as it suffices the threshold ratio of the research components in the Masters Course. The practicum is student-led and you will develop a project within a simulated company environment. The Master of Clinical Chiropractic is designed as an extended (six-term) masters to maximise clinical learning, which is largely undertaken in approved chiropractic clinics in the community and complemented by the availability of theoretical content by flexible learning.

Chiropractic training is the process of reaching a logical diagnosis, planning a patient's treatment and assessing the effectiveness of that therapeutic intervention. As a graduate of the Master of Clinical Chiropractic, you will develop knowledge, skills, values and behaviours necessary to become a primary care chiropractic practitioner in the delivery of patient-centred care.

The course emphasises evidence-based practice, which is the combination of best scientific information, clinical expertise, and patient's values and circumstances.

As primary healthcare practitioner you will:

• Gain high-level practical skills integrating assessment, diagnosis and management with the clinical sciences
• Be taught rehabilitation and prevention of pain and disability of the spine and extremities
• Learn how to run a private practice and operate x-ray equipment

Clinical learning is a key element of the Bachelor of Nursing and you will be required to undertake 800 hours of professional experience placement in a variety of settings with different health organisations. You must meet specific mandatory health, safety and security requirements to be eligible to attend each professional experience placement. Professional experience placements may be limited in your community. This means that you may be placed in other locations and you may be required to relocate to complete your placements.
