RMIT's Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace Engineering) (Honours) / Bachelor of Business double degree provides you with the capability to play a pivotal role in planning, implementing and managing aerospace projects and developments in a wide range of industries that require high level business skills.

The aerospace engineering degree is concerned with analysing, designing and operating sophisticated aeronautics and astronautics hardware and software systems, while the business degree is concerned with organisational planning, coordination and resource direction.

Exploring the trans-disciplinary nature of contemporary industrial design. You'll engage in practical learning through our practice-based design studios, co-creating solutions through a human centred approach to product, service and experience design contexts.

For over 70 year’s industrial design at RMIT has offered aspiring designers ground breaking experiences through technical, theoretical and applied immersions into the diverse and dynamic fields of industrial design practice. In consultation with your discipline honours coordinator and your supervisor, you'll be allocated a project to develop your skills to an advanced level.

With RMIT's Bachelor of Aviation (Pilot Training), you'll build the skills to critically review and analyse all aspects of the aviation industry, and learn how to work both individually and in teams to solve real industry issues.

Providing a mix of theory and practical experience, this industry-led degree will equip you with problem solving, communication and leadership skills, preparing you for a career as a professional pilot in this growing industry.  

In addition to extensive theory work, this degree includes flight training. This training will assist you to gain a Recreational (RPL), Private (PPL), and Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), which enables you to fly commercially within Australia.

The Master of Biotechnology focuses on the study of living systems to address challenges in the environment, health or food science.

Students will explore gene and protein technologies, bioinformatics, and various microbiology and food science disciplines, both in the classroom and via a strong component of hands-on laboratory practicals.

Using specialist knowledge in instrumentation, and quantitative measurement you will optimise the safe and effective use of radiation for patient care.

Using your initiative together with a high degree of independence, you’ll be instrumental in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and in the translation of research into professional practice.
