In the Arts component, you will gain the understanding, insight and skills to find and communicate creative solutions to contemporary challenges. You will develop advanced writing and presentation skills, as well as research and project management skills. Through the Bachelor of Business you will gain a solid foundation in all aspects of business and develop an understanding of the social, cultural and political dimensions of business. You will enhance this knowledge with further expertise and experience in your areas of interests.

The Graduate Diploma of Research Studies in Science is an 80 credit point program that provides an alternative route for entry into a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) program for applicants who do not possess the required qualifications for direct admission.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be eligible to apply for admission to MPhil or PhD candidature subject to fulfilment of requirements for candidature as specified in the Higher Degree Research policy and successful completion of the confirmation procedure. The grade achieved will determine entry to either a PhD or MPhil candidature.

The Program Director will be responsible for the overall supervision of the student and monitoring their progress throughout the program.

Students may choose to exit the Graduate Diploma program (after successfully completing the specified courses) with the Graduate Certificate in Research Studies in Science.

This is your opportunity to expose yourself to an intensive research environment. You will develop expertise in research and learn the concepts, methods and skills required to apply knowledge with creativity and initiative to new situations. The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is awarded on the basis of independent supervised study that produces a substantial piece of research as judged by independent experts of international standing.

The Griffith Master of International Business enrols students from all over the world, particularly professionals from Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and North and South America. Griffith was the first university that offered a postgraduate International Business degree in the Southern Hemisphere. This program will enable students to develop a high competency in international business and equip students with strategic thinking and practical skills in dealing with a dynamic and culturally diverse global economy, which is increasingly digitised. This program emphasises engagement with industry. There are exciting opportunities for students to conduct projects with local and international corporations and to participate in supervised internships and exchange programs in Asia, North America and Europe through worldwide alliances.

This double degree is suitable for students who aspire to own and run their own IT business. The Bachelor of Advanced Business (Honours) is designed to deliver a thorough understanding of the complex concepts facing organisations today whilst allowing customisation toward the business skill of your choice. This new degree takes you through a unique skill set that will give you a competitive edge in the employment market. This degree is designed to allow students from all business disciplines to commence in the same foundation year and then specialise in the business application of your choice.
