The UNSW Master of Engineering Science in Biomedical Engineering is a two-year full-time postgraduate degree offered by the School of Biomedical Engineering. You’ll gain the expertise to work in influential areas related to human health, like biomechanics, medical device design, drug-delivery systems, radiotherapies, telemedicine, robotics, and cell and tissue engineering.  

The Master of Engineering Science (Biomedical Engineering) is designed for graduate engineers. As part of a globally renowned engineering faculty, you’ll learn to apply your knowledge of engineering to drive solutions that support human health.  

The program is designed for students who already have an accredited engineering degree and want to shift their career towards biomedical engineering. You’ll choose up to four courses from relevant disciplines such as electrical, chemical and mechanical engineering, as well as two foundation courses in the subject area.

If you have a degree or extensive professional experience in a related area, you can apply for credit of up to half the program. 

The UNSW Bachelor of Commerce/Media is a double-degree that can be completed in 4 years full-time, or the part-time equivalent.  

Through the Bachelor of Media, you can specialise in public relations and advertising, communications and journalism, screen production, cinema studies, or media studies.  As you hone your expertise, you’ll developing your creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication, and learn to drive change through ethical and persuasive communications.

Through the Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), you’ll learn in the classroom and the boardroom. The Master of Global Health and Master of Public Health is a double degree that provides essential knowledge for those pursuing a public health career internationally in health departments, with non-government organisations (NGOs), and with international and bilateral aid agencies.

The Master of Public Health is widely recognised as essential if you want to work in population health and the Master of Global Health is a sought-after qualification relevant to international health priorities and settings. Combined, these programs provide you with the deep understanding required for a career in global health, including health promotion, primary health care, policy formulation, research and management of health programs.

Financial Technology (FinTech) Specialisation
