The UNSW Master of Public Policy and Governance is a two-year full-time postgraduate degree, that applies a social science perspective to real-world questions of policy, research and management in modern organisations. The Master of Public Health/Master of Health Leadership and Management (Extension) double degree will enable you to specialise in both public health and health management and to develop research skills in health management. You will gain the advanced disciplinary knowledge and skills to undertake population health and health services management roles in government, community and health service settings in Australia and internationally.  This degree also includes a research project which will cultivate your critical thinking and communication skills as you explore contemporary health management issues.

By undertaking this combination of degrees you will come away with a sophisticated understanding of the multidisciplinary knowledge required for public health and health management. This includes epidemiology, biostatistics, social determinants of health, population-targeted health research methods, leadership and workforce management, quality improvement, and the design, implementation and evaluation of health programs and policy. The UNSW Bachelor of Architectural Studies is a three-year degree when studied full time. Here, you will learn to design buildings and their surrounds to meet the needs of the people who use them.
