Prepare for a dynamic career in law with our professional law honours degree which you can complete in three years full-time (or part-time equivalent) using credit from your previous studies.

As a UniSA Law student, you'll gain valuable skills from day one that you can use to resolve complex legal problems, including in reasoning, reporting, analysis, negotiation, communication and advocacy.

You will be involved in mock-trials in our Moot Court, gaining practical skills and learning what it’s like to act as an advocate and present before a judge. What you'll learn
During this degree you will study courses that teach you the fundamental legal principles and concepts that underpin the Australian legal system.

Courses such as torts, contracts, criminal law and constitutional law will give you a good understanding of the basic legal principles.

Through your choice of electives you can expand your knowledge in an area of professional interest such as health law, sports law, family law and human rights law.

Through practical learning experiences including mooting, negotiation, witness examination and the opportunity to undertake placement in a professional setting, you will be prepared for legal practice upon graduation.

This innovative Masters degree will give you a broad knowledge of IT disciplines and a solid foundation in business practices.

Taught by world-class lecturers, researchers and practitioners, you’ll learn about IT stakeholder engagement, business intelligence, business systems analysis and modelling, and the day-to-day operation of information systems.

What you'll learn

You will study an industry relevant blend of business, IT and information systems course to develop a solid cross-disciplinary base of skills required for business analyst roles.

Towards the end of your study you’ll complete a major project where you’ll work in a structured project team, getting practical experience in contemporary IT techniques and practices.

This degree is made up of 40 courses. You will do 24 courses in law and 16 courses in human resource management.

Laws (Honours)

Sustainability, emerging materials, new technologies and research are focal points of this graduate diploma. You will also study sustainable design theory and practice; social, cultural, economic and technological advancements and their impact on sustainable design; and research methodologies.

This graduate diploma comprises design research studio classes, sustainable design theory classes, research methods classes, and a selection of electives.   
 

This degree will develop your knowledge of the global business environment and enable you to maximise your career development opportunities and employment prospects. What you'll learn

This two year program comprises 16 courses including 4 electives and an industry placement/project.  You will start with seven core courses common to all specialisations in the IMBA. Through these you will develop advanced skills and expertise in areas of international management including:

• Fundamentals of data analytics

You will then move into your specialisation, studying areas such as the global supply chain, cross cultural management, global marketing etc.
