The program is offered as a combined major and focuses on the period from Late Antiquity to the 17th century while emphasizing on the interrelations amongst music, architecture, art, history, literature and thought

The courses offered in the program range from the Renaissance Italy to the end of the Roman world, from Iceland to Byzantium and from analysis of Chaucer, Dante and Shakespeare to the reading of Latin literature, from music to the architecture and art of the particular period.
