Part of the prestigious School of Graduate Studies at Trent University, the Big Data Analytics M.Sc. is a new stream in the program of Applied Modelling & Quantitative Methods.
The Big Data Analytics Stream is a Master’s of Science degree focusing on the rapidly growing field of data science. A professional program that can normally be completed 16 months, this exciting new stream prepares graduates with the tools and techniques they need to work with, and understand big data.

How the Program Works:-
The first two years of your degree take place at Trent, where you’ll pursue your choice of 14 degree options. Once your LL.B. is complete, you’ll return to Trent to complete your Honours degree credentials. The Specialization in Small-scale Farming provides students in Trent’s one-of-a-kind Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems (B.A. or B.Sc.) program with a comprehensive background and hands-on experience in growing food and contributing to resilient regional food systems.

Through a new, intensive hands-on field course, that covers the principles of vegetable and field crops in terms of sustainable management on the Trent Model Farm, students study the principles to cultivate crops including field preparing, soil and nutrient management, seeding, pest management, irrigation techniques, harvest and post-harvest.

Spanish
Spanish is the second most-spoken first language in the world, spoken widely throughout the Americas as well as in Spain, of course, and other parts of the world. As such it is an important language for global business, politics, and culture.

At Trent you may take introductory and intermediate courses in Spanish which will allow you to communicate with Spanish speakers across the globe. All introductory courses are open to students with no prior knowledge of the language.

Explore the way gender relations have  shaped culture, history and contemporary society. In this program, you will explore a broad range of feminist perspectives from a lens of social justice. Dive deep into conversations about labour, health, history, popular culture, law, the environment, social policy, literature, and globalization.
