The faculty promotes connections with industry through projects, courses, and workplace co-op opportunities.

Mechanical Engineering with Materials Option
Apply the principles of material structure and properties to the design, manufacture, and analysis of components across a range of industry sectors, including automotive and aerospace. Includes metals, ceramics, polymers, and composite materials.

The Interdisciplinary Health Sciences program provides an exciting opportunity to combine a Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences and Psychology degree with unique interdisciplinary concentrations. This program allows students to explore global challenges and grow as thought leaders who can tackle issues in areas like global health, the environment and climate change, and sustainable development.

You will acquire the tools necessary to answer such important economic questions as: how do we reduce Canada’s unemployment rate; what are the effects of government deficits and spending cuts; and what are the effects of globalization on the Canadian economy? 

You will also learn the skills to analyze economic problems and view them from the perspective of different groups in society based on their particular interests.
