Tech. degree course in Information Technology at the Alliance College of Engineering and Design focuses on developing its graduates into professionals and domain specialists in the area of information technology management, which it achieves by blending the application functionalities of software project management with software systems audit as applied to diverse programming paradigms. Apart from common core subjects, graduates also study elective subjects that deepen their expertise in the development of application software deployed across organizations to integrate and converge diverse processes: enterprise-wide applications; automation and system audit; and security management. In addition, graduates in the course are proficient in the applications of emerging technologies such as content management solutions, strategic computing, web engineering techniques, semantic web techniques as well as in other related areas such as cyber laws and ethics.

The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, ACED, Alliance University is offering a new UG program of B. Tech. – Energy Engineering keeping with the recent trends leading to advancements in the domain of sustainability, smart grids, microgrids, electric vehicles and other renewable energy technologies. The course shall provide a solid background and knowledge in the power industry, green and clean energy technologies, and the upcoming electric vehicle technology.  

The doctoral program in law is aimed at aspiring candidates who wish to pursue research in law. As the field of law is dynamic, there is a greater need to undertake research especially in Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Criminal Law and Information Technology Law. The research in law is multidimensional and interdisciplinary in character. The School of Law will provide academic support with experienced faculty that will facilitate the researcher to make significant contributions in his / her area of research.

Law graduates are no longer limited by the option to choose litigation as their profession. There are many exciting opportunities for them in the corporate system, which include roles such as legal associates in law firms as well as in-house counsels in companies, among others. Legal practice in a corporate system becomes easier if the attorney is also aware of the business and management practices in business organizations. This requires graduates to not only understand the law but to also possess subject-matter expertise in business administration. The Alliance School of Law thus offers the B.B.A LL. B. (Hons.) course wherein graduates are trained in subjects such as Management, Finance and Languages. Electives thus offered aim at equipping graduates with the skills and expertise required to design and develop computer software that is applied to diverse system-based environments; computing solutions for optimizing and enhancing the performance of systems; and computers to solve challenges in areas such as robotics, computer vision, digital forensics, image processing and pattern recognition techniques, machine learning, and protocol verification techniques.

The Master of Law degree course prepares graduates at the postgraduate level in legal principles, law, justice, and governance while building in them strong research acumen and subject-matter expertise in i) Constitutional and Administrative Law, ii) Corporate and Commercial Law, iii) Intellectual Property Law and iv) Criminal and Security Law.
