Food Science Technology & Processing students study not only the science and technology related to food but also methods of preservation and storage of different food types while ensuring food safety and quality.

Amity Food Science Technology & Processing programs have been designed to provide students with practical training combining comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge within the fields of Food Technology, Food Chemistry and Analysis, Food Quality, Food Manufacturing, Processing, Preservation and Packaging among others. These programs will enable students to design alternative food manufacturing methods and make existing food-manufacturing methods compliant to consumer safety and industry standards.

BSc Biotechnology is a 3-year undergraduate course that allows the candidates to learn how technology is utilized to create useful and necessary products from living organisms.

Bachelor of Design (Fashion Design) is an intensive program that is designed to help creative students translate their fashion ideas into the next fashion trend. The program attains the optimal balance between imparting practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the highly creative field of fashion design

Environmental Science is an emerging discipline that focuses on critical issues and challenges such as Sustainable Development, Ecological Sustainability and Environmental Health. It imparts in students knowledge about Ecological System, Natural Resource Management, Pollution Management Techniques, Environment Impact Assessment, Environmental Protection Laws and Environmental Economics among others.

BSc Bioinformatics is a bachelor’s course which specializes in the science of collecting and analysing complex biological data such as genetic codes. It is a field in which their interface between biology, computing, and statistics is used in organism biology, molecular biology and biomedicine. 

Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Economics is a full-time five-year dual degree program specialized in the Economics field. The Integrated Master of Arts in Economics degree course generally covers the study of principles of economic theory, microeconomics, and macroeconomics, comparative economic systems, money and banking systems, international economics, quantitative analytical methods, applications to specific industries, and public policy issues, etc.

During the course focus of the study is given on Law with specialization in any one subject, along with Arts being the secondary study course. B.A. provides a course of study in general knowledge and intellectual skills. As of Law, it is a set of categorized rules and regulations under which any society or country is governed.

BSc Geology or Bachelor of Science in Geology is a 3 year-long undergraduate level bachelor degree course focused on earth science. The course involves the study of rocks, minerals, other solid substances, their compositions, their history and other processes involving them.
