The emphasis is on providing students with a solid foundation in computing, business operations, and mathematics pertinent to information technology. Courses range from Artificial Intelligence, Information Management System: Structure and Development, System and Software Development Life Cycle, Internet of Things, Solving Problems with Design Thinking and Innovation, Cloud Computing Foundations, Data Structures: Concepts and Practice, Web Technologies.

The courses in Psychology major include Introduction to Psychology, Major Theories in Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Biological Psychology, Change Psychology and Counselling, Psychology of Good and Evil, Psychology of Ageing.

BTech Biotechnology program encompasses courses from basic sciences, humanities & social sciences, entrepreneurship, engineering, bioinformatics, and core biotechnology with teaching-learning through research-enabled project-based learning.With the latest advances in drug discovery and protein engineering technologies, this specialization will enable the students to understand desirable functional characteristics of proteins of interest and maintaining or enhancing product safety and efficacy. The specialization will focus on drug discovery tools, methods used for identifying and designing a new drug, and the regulatory responsibilities for drug discovery.

Data Science is an interdisciplinary degree program which revolves around the major disciplines of Calculus, Descriptive Statistics and C-Programming in order to understand different phenomena with respect to a big set of real world data.

This program under the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences offers flexible and modular options of Minors, Honors, Dept and open Electives, Audit courses, two Internships of 8 and 16 Weeks, One Year Internship option in the last year, opportunities to participate in Competitions, Hackathons, Clubs, and Societies, and Project-Based Experiential Learning.This specialization helps students understand the software-based tools that entirely or partially automate repetitive, manual rule-based human tasks within the B.Tech course. CEOs and CXOs of Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Lenovo, SenRa, and TerraDrone have contributed to designing this specialization's curriculum.

Some of the courses in this specialization are Cyber Security with Blockchain, Malware Analysis for Mobile Devices, Security and Privacy for Big Data Analytics, Penetration Testing, and Ethical Hacking, among others.
