Diploma in Information Technology is a Diploma level Information Technology course. Information Technology is the acquisition, processing, storage and dissemination of vocal, pictorial, textual and numerical information by a microelectronics-based combination of computing and telecommunications. In India, the various institute provides this course but its duration (regarding this course duration is one year) is not same which differs place to place. Regarding minimum time to complete the diploma is also not same. BTech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is primarily a 4-year undergraduate degree program, provided in the Engineering stream.

The student under BTech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is required to write the code of the said machine. This code in essence works as guiding instruction for the machine, they said the machine in performing tasks with less human intervention.

In order to communicate with the machines, the student is required to know the specific language understood by the machine, thus in the program students are taught the languages which can be input in the machine. Computer languages like Prolog, Lisp, JAVA and Python are some languages which are taught in this course.
