The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, established in 2005 having an intake of 120 seats, offers B. Tech course.

Bachelor of Technology (Information Technology) is a four year programme (full time) affiliated to Dr. APJ Technical University, Lucknow approved by AICTE.

The department focuses on development of practical and application oriented brains. The students are trained through a project based learning approach so that after B.Tech they are ready for joining corporate. Polytechnic Civil Engineering is a Diploma level course. Civil Engineering deals with the design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams and buildings. During the study, the student is exposed to various subjects of Civil Engineering such as planning, drafting (both manual and computer-aided), surveying, estimation & costing, construction technology, basics of the highway, railway, bridge, airport, tunnel and harbor engineering. The course also offers adequate exposure to reinforced concrete structures, quality control, material testing, construction management & entrepreneurship, professional practice and office procedures. Students also get a feel for an extensive survey, building drawing, irrigation & bridge drawing and structural engineering drawing. Students are also exposed to software like AUTOCAD & STAAD.
