The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering offers three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The basic principles and performance of electronic devices and circuits are introduced in the course. The students are given in depth knowledge and understanding about different analog and digital modulation techniques used for communication, equipments and systems involved in wireless communications, satellite and optical communication technologies, computer communication and networking, design and development of microelectronic circuits for computation and processing, components and system for electronic instrumentation and control etc.

B. Optom is a 4 years UG program that deals with the study of eyes and its related organs. This course includes one year of clinical training. Students are given in depth knowledge about various visual problems and their corrective measures. They learn to diagnose sight problems such as myopia, hypermetropia, glaucoma and other visual diseases. Students undergo extensive practical training where they learn to diagnose, analyze and treat visual problems.

Master of Journalism & Mass Communication is a two years post- graduate degree program based on CBCS pattern divided into four semesters. This course is designed for enthusiastic individuals with inquisitive minds who can prove to be game changers for the industry with their creativity and scintillating approach. 

IIMT University, Meerut offers M.A. Sociology; a 2 years PG program based on CBCS pattern. M.A. Sociology talks about the detailed study of society. The objective of the program is to provide students with advanced training and learning skills beyond the fundamental level on the wide range of topics like Sociology of India, Political Sociology and Religion & Society. The programme includes the study of human society, social psychology, social customs, cultural insights, ethnic minorities and marginal social groups, Social Ecology, Indian Social Philosophy, contemporary social Practices, Social Behaviour, Crime and Delinquency etc. on advanced level. Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM Courses) is a two years full time regular diploma nursing course that focuses on developing nurses as a community health worker at village level. IIMT Nursing College, Meerut encourages women to develop their skills in nursing and promote healthcare in villages and remote areas of the country. BBA Aviation & Travel is a 3-years full time undergraduate program that deals with the study of Aviation Science, Airport Business, Travel and every other aspect of the Aviation Industry.BBA Aviation & Travel gives in-depth knowledge about air transport, airport operations, airport management, financial accounting, passenger forecasting, & airport planning, etc. Aviation being one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy; the course offers bright career prospects to the students.

The course is divided into six semesters as per the CBCS pattern of study. The course curriculum has been carefully designed as per the UGC guidelines and modern day industry requirements. The program focuses on the study of managing business operations and business economics in the aviation industry. The study includes subjects like financial accounting, business communication, business computing, cost & accounting management, airline marketing management, airline & airport management and introduction to cargo. The students are taught the fundamentals of management, business administration and business communication and economics in reference to the aviation and travel sector. 

Diploma in Hotel Management in Food & Beverage Service is a specialization course of 1.5 years designed to acquaint the students with a detailed knowledge of Food & Beverage Service. The course aims to provide in depth knowledge about various concepts of Food & Beverage Service in the hospitality industry. Students acquire detailed information on aspects such as types of services, types of service establishments, types of linen used in a restaurant, types of crockery and cutlery, cover layouts for different meals, basic beverages, and basic terminology of restaurants, cocktails and mocktails. Since the service professionals are future food handlers; knowledge of hygiene and sanitation is considered to be equally important. Students are given relevant information on food handling aspects that include importance of personal hygiene, cleaning and care of equipments and various methods of dishwashing. Upon successful completion of the academics in the first two semesters, students undergo a mandatory 6 months industrial training in reputed hotel chains in their final semester.

IIMT University Meerut offers M.A. (Hindi); a two years specialization PG course. The main objective of this program is to expose learners to a wide extent of Hindi literature. M.A. (Hindi) can be pursued after completing graduation in any stream. It essentially involves the study of literature, linguistics, and philosophies, poetry, drama, fiction, literary criticism, literary history and much more. The college follows CBCS based curriculum to provide in depth knowledge and understanding of the subject in a structured way. 

B.Sc. (CS) Data Science is a three- year undergraduate course, suitable for those who want to study Big Data Analytics. The course content is carefully chosen and distributed in six semesters in an organized way. Through a structured lesson plan, students gain knowledge about computer science & programming, statistics & operations research, mathematical skills, data mining, ethical issues around the use and processing of data, data analytics & database and information retrieval. They develop their skills through hands-on experience in language labs & R & D Labs. At the end of the course, the students are successfully able to integrate and apply statistical and computational principles to solve real-world problems with large-scale data science
