B. Optom is a 4 years UG program that deals with the study of eyes and its related organs. This course includes one year of clinical training. Students are given in depth knowledge about various visual problems and their corrective measures. They learn to diagnose sight problems such as myopia, hypermetropia, glaucoma and other visual diseases. Students undergo extensive practical training where they learn to diagnose, analyze and treat visual problems.

Mechanical Engineering has a sub-discipline called Automobile Engineering. An Automotive Engineer today is involved in many aspects of the industry, from the design and mechanics of automobiles to the security and safety of new modes of transportation. The primary responsibility of an automobile engineer is to design, develop, produce, and test vehicles from concept to production.

Masters of Commerce is a two years full time regular post graduate degree programme designed on CBCS pattern of study. The program aims to strengthen the core fundamental principles of accounting & finance with advanced knowledge in Economic theory, Money and Banking Systems, Trade and Commerce, Insurance and Risk, Taxation, Business Studies, Marketing, Psychological /Behavioral aspects, Law and Management.

During the tenure of the course students gain exhaustive knowledge and expertise in the related subjects to acquire competencies needed for problem solving and decision making. Students also develop research skills and critical thinking which serves as a value addition in corporate financial accounting.

School of Engineering & Technology at IIMT University offers two years full time specialization program in Transportation Engineering. The course belongs to an emerging era of technical education, which is crucial to the specialty of infrastructure construction and maintenance. Transportation Engineers are trained and developed to cater to the modern requirements of the industry. They have a deep insight of future traffic flows, the design of highway intersections or interchanges, geometric alignment and design, highway pavement materials and design, structural design of pavement thickness, and pavement maintenance etc. They are involved in various stages of project planning, designing & management.

B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) deals with the study of various concepts related to application of electricity & electronics. Students develop competence in the areas of Electrical Machines, Power System, Control System, Power Electronics & Drives and High Voltage Devices & Systems. This course enables the students to take up professional career and/or higher studies in the above areas. The course curriculum is based on choice based credit scheme (CBCS) which is updated regularly in consultation with industry professionals, alumni and experts from reputed academic institutions to make the students competent enough for industry and higher studies.

The objective of Electrical Engineering department is to equip the students with technical skills in the field of Electrical Engineering which is concerned with Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Utilization and Control of Electrical Energy.

Refrigeration and air-conditioning (RAC) engineers plan, install, and maintain cooling systems in commercial facilities such as supermarkets, offices, schools, hospitals, and food processing industries.  

M.A. English is a 2 years full time regular program that takes the literature knowledge of a student a step deeper and language proficiency a step higher. English Literature is a kind of training in social ethics. During the course students learn to analyze, investigate and organize the content in a structured manner. A detailed study on prose, fiction, poetry and drama enhances their language, writing skills and makes them an avid reader.

Masters in Physical Education and Sports (MPES) is a 2 years semester based program. MPES acquaints the students with the dynamics of physical education and sports activities along with the proficiency in research and offers them professional training as well as knowledge about fitness and sports. The program enables the students to understand various statistical technique application, research data analyzing and interpretation in the field of physical education and sports.

MPES program also offers knowledge and skills of other allied aspects of physical education such as Sports Management & Disaster management with theoretical concepts and practical training to specialize them in the relevant field. Students gain knowledge and develop the critical bent of mind to carryout quantitative and qualitative research in the field of physical education and sports.

Bachelor of Arts is a fundamental three years UG program which is popular amongst students passing Class 12th. IIMT University offers B.A. as an annual course comprising of Core Courses, Foundation Courses and Qualifying Courses as prescribed under. The program offers a study of variety of subjects in the domain of Arts and Humanities. Students are exposed to the modest academic culture that not only stimulates learning but also enhances development.

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM Courses) is a two years full time regular diploma nursing course that focuses on developing nurses as a community health worker at village level. IIMT Nursing College, Meerut encourages women to develop their skills in nursing and promote healthcare in villages and remote areas of the country. Under the mentorship of our experienced faculties, students gain knowledge and develop themselves to look after the healthcare of patients, rehabilitation and treatment of patients, awareness about prevention and treatment from various diseases, maintaining good health of public and society. Students undergo advanced training in our own IIMT Life Line Hospital where they learn under the supervision of experienced nurses.
