The program has been designed in way to develop graduates with key practical skills and interdisciplinary knowledge essential for tomorrow’s leaders. The program also provides necessary skills in written communication, problem-solving, interpersonal understanding and critical thinking.

M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering is a 2- year full- time course divided into 4 semesters involving an advanced study of electrical and electronics engineering, computers, and communication, besides that of electronics, electricity, transmission, and generation.

English Hons programme develops skills of communication, negotiation, team work, effective presentation, etc. which helps in self-development and personal growth. The students will be familiar with the conventions of diverse textual genres including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, autobiography, biography, Journal, films, plays, editorials etc. It will provide the ability to express thoughts and ideas effectively in writing and orally; communicate with others using appropriate media; confidently share one’s views and express himself/herself; demonstrate the ability to listen carefully, read and write analytically, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner to different groups.

This is an under graduate degree program giving students an opportunity to fortress their skills and apply knowledge by making a valuable contribution to the global challenges facing humanity. The key focus of B.Sc. degree is primarily to understand, reason and improve the world by means of systematic observation, experimentation, modelling and calculation. Discipline areas in this program ranges from cutting-edge pure and applied science to new multidisciplinary science fields. Students can also acquire essential communication and research skills offered by each major, which can prepare them for many diverse and exciting careers. In addition to gaining enhanced career prospects, students can learn valuable personal skills and fulfil the prerequisite for master’s studies.

Mechanical engineers use the principles of energy, materials, and mechanics to design and manufacture machines and devices of various types. Mechanical engineers create the systems and processes that are responsible to drive the technology and the industry.

Mechanical engineers work on power-producing machines such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, steam and gas turbines. They also work on power-using machines such as refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, machine tools, material-handling systems, elevators, escalators, industrial production equipment, and robots used in manufacturing.
