B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Mechatronics Engineering course is a 4 years full time graduate course which is divided into 8 semesters. This course is an amalgamation of Mechanical and Electronics engineering which prepares the students to comprehend and solve complex problems related to system design computer electronic mechanical and control engineering. The objective of the course is to make students ready for a future that will have automation and robotics as the primary drivers of the technological world.

M. Tech. Electronics & Communication Engineering (VLSI Technology) is a two-year post-graduate programme encompassing the advanced study of modern Electronics and Communication techniques. This specialized programme focuses on instilling skills related to design, development, observation, and application of VLSI Technology.

The VLSI Technology program will cover the fundamentals and engineering aspect of designing and developing IC based systems. Traditionally, VLSI technology has emerged out as a successful collection of two streams: namely material science and electrical engineering.

The state of the art VLSI technology requires research in physical devices as well as novel design and development of electrical circuits. The program will focus on developing hands-on skill of designing semiconductor devices and circuits, architecting systems using embedded components such as, CPU, memory and peripherals.

Students will be trained in several topics that cut across different domain, starting from lowermost level of physical devices to the top level of application development. The programme also enhances research and development skills of the students and helps them to incorporate significant learning through practical sessions. M. Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) Power System Engineering is a two-year post-graduate programme that introduces aspirants with processes of monitoring, developing, designing and evaluating high-end power systems for managing a variety of challenging projects and research work. The coursework of the programme includes economic, sustainable, efficient and reliable energy generation. In addition, it also focuses on concepts like conversion, transmission, distribution, storage and utilisation of electric energy.

M.Tech. in Electronics and Communications is a two-year postgraduate degree program for engineering students. Electronics and communication is an allied branch of engineering which deals with research, design, manufacturing, and testing of electronic and communication devices.  The course covers key topics such as Microprocessor, Analog & Digital Communication, Satellite Communication and Microwave Engineering.

Tech (Biotech) Bio-Engineering and Bio-Informatics is a two-year post-graduate programme designed to expose the students to recent exciting developments in the area of Bioengineering & Bioinformatics and their application in industry, agriculture and medicine. The curriculum of the programme provides students with a strong background in Bioengineering followed by more specific knowledge in the area of choice.

The proposed programme focuses on research and education aimed at developing science & technology and new areas of study that combine computer technology, nanotechnology, bioscience, and bioengineering. Furthermore, to develop knowledge at the molecular and cellular level, it takes up new fields such as cell signalling, genome informatics, bio-nanotechnologies, and regenerative medicine. M. Tech (Biotech) Animal Biotechnology is a two-year post-graduate programme that combines both biological sciences and engineering with relevant lab sessions to offer students in-depth knowledge of the subject. The purpose of the proposed programme is to make the aspirants learn biotechnology-oriented basic and applied research programmes for improving animal productivity.

The programme intends to help the students develop innovative dairy processes for producing superior quality, safe and wholesome dairy products. Under this programme, students will also learn the animal reproductive processes to develop methods for improved animal health and regulated production. In addition, they will be exposed to monitor animal nutritional plans and feed combinations.

M.Tech. in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that involves the analysis and design of steel and concrete structures and analysis of structures for dynamic forces and study of advanced materials. It requires knowledge and competence in the areas of materials, response of individual structural components, and the behavior of entire structural systems. This programme trains individuals in advanced concepts of structural engineering by in-depth coursework, hands-on modeling projects and dissertation work. Students undergo coursework during the first year on various aspects of structural engineering and apply these constructs to a major research project during the second year. Students are imparted advanced learning in Analysis and Design of Structures, Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Resistant Design of Structures, Repair and Rehabilitation of Structures and Advanced Materials. The students are exposed to practical learning by working on real-world projects in the Structure Design lab integrated with latest design software and construction material lab. The practical lab sessions require students to apply theoretical knowledge to realize their value through implementation. The objective of the program is to produce structural engineers who integrate and build on the Program's core curricular concepts in the pursuit of professional leadership, teamwork, life-long learning, and career advancement.  

M.Tech CSE Networking & Cyber Security is a two-year post-graduate programme that deals with the study of network computing, troubleshoot, cryptography and laws. The objective of the programme is to provide expertise in overseeing and keeping up the security and system structure. This programme is useful to learn how to actively monitor and defend the network and, furthermore, make fundamental security approach and methods.

This programme helps students to utilise cybersecurity measures to protect the data and manage the personal conduct in relation to protecting the data and information. In addition, this post-graduate programme train students to scale up the demand from multiple industrial areas on the cyber world to promote effective methods practices and tools to counter the cybercrime.  

M. Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) Instrumentation & Control is a two-year post-graduate programme intended to equip students with knowledge of measurement and control of process variables in a production procedure. The coursework of the programme includes concepts related to electronics and pneumatics instrumentation, measurements of flow, level, temperature and pressure, control loops, and more.

Under this programme, students are trained for the designing, construction and maintenance of the entire instrumentation systems of any industrial undertaking. In addition, the aspirants also gain skills to manage projects within cost and time constrained environments. Graduates from this programme can find employment in manufacturing, power generation, aerospace and process industries.

Department of Biotechnology started with a vision to impart in-depth knowledge of biotechnology to create a pool of scientific personnel with expertise in biological engineering. Since then the department has endeavoured to educate and train its students to develop proficiency in each sector of biotechnology. The scheme of courses has been designed keeping in the demand trend in mind. A conscious effort has been made so that curriculum of each programme integrates courses of biological sciences and engineering together with relevant laboratory programs and a compulsory research project of variable duration. The university has recognized the significant role being played by biotechnologists in industrial development and has sought to implement an integrated approach towards education and research. The department strongly believes a teacher has to be involved in active research to be in touch with the recent development in the subject so as to deliver the latest know-how. The department has a strong interdisciplinary research and teaching base in biological sciences and engineering which prepares the student for industry as well as research programs. 

All the basic infrastructural facilities needed for conducting teaching and research programmes in different areas of Biotechnology have been developed in the department. The department is housed in a newly constructed building consisting of classrooms with audio-visual facilities well-equipped students laboratories research laboratories special lab for molecular biology genetic engineering plant tissue culture Microbial technology nano biotechnology and bioinformatics. the students undergo project training in modern biotechnology viz bioinformatics genomics nano biotechnology cancer cell signaling plant and animal Biotechnology structure base drug design neuro biology etc.
