Optometrists are trained professionals involved in diagnosis and treatment of visual defects with the help of optical instruments. Their job profile includes examination of eye, refraction, orthoptic check-up, prescription of glasses & contact lenses, and rehabilitation of low vision patients.

Molecular biology overlaps with biochemistry and genetics but also focuses on how DNA, RNA, and proteins are regulated.By learning how these parts interact with each other, scientists can understand the role of genetic material and how to identify, treat, and prevent different diseases. Although there are several applications for molecular biology, its use in diagnostic science is invaluable.

Master in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) Pharmacognosy is a two-year post-graduate program divided into four semesters that deals with the art and science of compounding and dispensing drugs or preparing suitable dosage forms for the administration of drugs to man or animals.
