Vocational Mechanical Manufacturing aims to provide worthwhile on-field skill; it acts as a beginning year for advanced mechanical engineering and is designed to elevate students' to upgrade their knowledge for advanced studies giving them such career opportunities as becoming an engineer, designer, field engineer, piping engineer, project engineer, quality engineer, quality inspector or an entrepreneur etc. This well woven programme shall enhance employability of the students and meet industry requirements. In this course, students will be taught to follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined. They will be taught to perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, giving tune-ups, checking fluid levels and rotating tyres. They will learn to repair or replace worn parts such as brake pads and wheel bearings. They will the skill to disassemble and reassemble parts of a vehicle. They will also learn how to test equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective. They will learn how to explain the clients about their automotive vehicle/s problems and repairs that should be done.

Cyber security comprises of defending both hardware and software of electronic systems such as mobiles, computers, servers, networks, etc. from cyber threats. This also includes e-mail and social media accounts owned by individuals, businesses, or organizations.

Good and sustainable environment with proper waste management is of major concern across the world. Silver Oak University on the same path is introducing a 4-year B. Tech. in Environment and Waste Management. This unconventional course prepares graduates to acquire competence in the field of waste management, waste prevention, waste utilization and waste treatment. The course extends service for promoting good health and hygiene to the public, understanding the importance of clean drinking water and well-planned sewerage system. This programme is envisaged to provide integrated knowledge and training in waste management and technologies. The curriculum formed aims to impart full justice to the subject matter with a strong knowledge base and skill development in waste management technology.

In this program, students are trained on Professional Skill, Professional knowledge and Employability skill related to job role. They will get the idea of trade tools and its standardizations. They will be able to identify different types of conductors, cables and their skinning and joint making. They will understand natural planetary movements and sunlight’s path. They will learn how to measure intensity of solar radiation, analyze shadow effect on incident solar radiation, plot curve of radiation measured and draw a solar map with respect to time for a location. They will acquire knowledge of characteristics of Photovoltaic cells and modules, Batteries, Charge Controllers and construct small Solar DC appliances. They will be able to arrange and test solar batteries and their correct disposal.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) is 3 years (6 semesters) full-time program designed to guide the student from basic concepts to train them up to the recent advance technological practices in the industries. Imparting the latest required technical skill set through hands-on in the Hi-tech IT laboratories experiences is emphasized at every stage of the program and brings awareness to the future prospects in the modern IT world.
