The M Arch in Architectural Heritage Conservation is a very carefully and sensitively designed programme leading to a 2- years post graduate degree. It is developed on the conservation philosophies, cultural traditions, ancient knowledge systems, craft practices, environmental concerns and sustainable future perspectives that define an “Indian” approach to heritage and history.

The program will endeavour to establish the importance of the role of landscape architects as stewards of the land, that strive to achieve the highest quality in the built and natural landscapes. The programme holds strong connections to regional planning, urban design, heritage, environmental resilience and architecture, in order to produce professionals capable of responding to the challenges found at the intersection of design, culture, urbanization, and ecology.

Landscape encompasses all fields directly and indirectly related to the built and natural environments, making it an absolute essential lens to view either with. Landscape architecture as a discipline is devoted to understanding and managing the human and environmental forces that change the landscape. Landscape architects plan and design places for the health, safety and welfare of citizens through systematic decision-making that integrates science, art and technology. It ultimately helps create, protect and improve landscapes thereby enhancing individual and community quality of life, ours and the ecosystems’.

SAA, a powerhouse in architectural and urban design and planning education seems wholly incomplete without the introduction of this third arm in the trinity of professions dealing with the fabric of our cities and the environment. Introduction of Landscape helps our sustained efforts towards interdisciplinary learning, ultimately readying the students to work in dynamic multidisciplinary teams, for the overarching profession dealing with the built and the natural.

The Master’s in Civil Engineering programme with specialization in Structural Engineering involves advanced study of the course’s components such as Structural Mechanics, Finite Element Analysis, Structural Dynamics, Structural Reliability and Optimization, Reinforced and Pre-Stressed Concrete, Steel Structures, Design for Wind And Earthquake, Tall Buildings And Towers, Computer Applications In Structural Engineering, etc.

The Interior Design programme at School of Design is built upon the expertise and legacy of Sushant School of Art and Architecture and is aimed at creating interior design professionals of high calibre, who can respond to the needs of the industry with a deep understanding of the methods and processes as well as contemporary practices. The programme trains the students in skills, conceptual understanding and management acumen required in interior design projects of varying scale. Supported by experienced and qualified architects as faculty and drawing upon industry professionals as subject experts, the programme gives the student an opportunity to learn from the best.

Bachelor of Computer Applications is to prepare students with the latest technology, tools and applications in IT and to meet the ever-growing requirement of IT professionals. BCA is a 3-year undergraduate programme. The main objective of the course is to bridge the gap between institutes and IT industries by incorporating the latest developments into the curriculum.

Bsc Medical Imaging Technology teaches Radiologic/Medical Imaging techniques are certified technologists who capture images of organs, bone, and tissue for patient diagnosis. Technologists are equipped with the technological skills to handle imaging equipment and the interpersonal skills necessary for patient care. Educational and licensure requirements vary by state and profession, 4 year degree programme is common for radiologic/medical imaging technologists.

A technologist produces radiography of patients with the help of X-ray to find the exact medical condition of the patient. In addition with X-ray, a radiographer also considers X-rays, CT scans, MRI for producing radiography. Radiology field is broadly divided into two areas namely diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology.
