Public Health is referred to the community health improvement program or the activities which prevent the public from being exposed to severe diseases and ensures the longevity of human life-span. All policies, acts, health programs that are meant to cure, spread awareness or exposure are considered as Public Health Policies.

Under this course, students learn Public Health Administration of various health policies, their role & implementations in a hospital or an organization. It also includes the study of financial management, program planning, human resources, operations research, economics, and monitoring. It is a postgraduate level study UGC recognised degree program. Landscape encompasses all fields directly and indirectly related to the built and natural environments, making it an absolute essential lens to view either with. Landscape architecture as a discipline is devoted to understanding and managing the human and environmental forces that change the landscape. Landscape architects plan and design places for the health, safety and welfare of citizens through systematic decision-making that integrates science, art and technology. It ultimately helps create, protect and improve landscapes thereby enhancing individual and community quality of life, ours and the ecosystems’.

The programme has its roots in theories and principles of Urban and Regional Planning and endeavours to educate planners capable of responding to new age development challenges.

Optometry is a healthcare profession that is autonomous, educated, and regulated (licenced/ registered), and optometrists are the primary healthcare practitioners of the eye and visual system who provide comprehensive eye and vision care, which includes refraction and optical dispensing, detection/diagnosis and management of diseases in the eye, and the rehabilitation of the visual system.

Masters of Optometry is a postgraduate degree in Optometry & Vision Science.
