UPES School of Design’s Under Graduate Programme in Game Design revolves around 3D modeling, concept art, script writing and game mechanics. The students explore various game design concepts in workshops and gain an understanding of game design across various platforms and media such as Board, Mobile, PC, Gaming Consoles, AR/ VR and AI.

In present time, when we exercise immense Computing power which is still growing rapidly, undergraduate students can take great benefit by implementing various computational tools and techniques. Also, computational tools can be used in several areas starting from simulating various systems for the prediction of properties at micro/ macro/ nano level to development of new materials for the betterment of the life of the mankind to drug development etc. Computational techniques like Material Modelling, Drug development, Computational Chemistry are not only very reliable, but they save both money, time of the user. With Science expanding its horizons towards the areas like Machine learning, Data Science, Decision Science etc, the graduate students should be well prepared for utilizing these efficient computational techniques. The course provides a bird's eye view of the digital marketing industry and the elements driving it. It gives an insight into print and internet branding along with the basics of brand strategy. The program emphasizes on the importance and use of conceptualization, copywriting, design, and development for digital marketing.

Apart from essential computer Science concepts such as algorithm, data structures, OOPS concepts with java and advanced Java and python, with databases and software engineering design processes, students pursuing Banking, Financial Services and Insurance will also learn banking application architectures, Banking data analytics along with products and processes in Banking sectors. Concepts of Data Science and Informatics are demystifying along with core competencies at appropriate positions.

Applied Mathematics focuses on the innovative creation and imaginative use of mathematical concepts to present and solve problems over the various field of natural sciences, engineering sciences, medical sciences and emerging fields such as data sciences and artificial intelligence. The program is designed to provide students an increased knowledge and comprehensive understanding of mathematics, particularly in algorithms, fluid mechanics, differential equations, probability and stochastics, and optimisation. 

The full term of two years and the syllabus for the program is divided into four semesters. This Master’s program is also an ideal preparation for various PhD programs in basic sciences and engineering.

Business analytics makes extensive use of statistical analysis, including explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.
