The BBus (Human Resources and Employment Relations) looks at how employees are recruited, developed and managed. It also examines the design of work so that an organisation can create value from, and add value to its employees.

During your study, you will get a thorough grounding in workplace theory and approaches, as well as practical insights into the business world.

Our lecturers are actively researching, bringing the most relevant developments in business theory and practice to your study. They also have hands-on experience and real-world knowledge of human resource management and employment relations. Massey’s Bachelor of Speech and Language Therapy with Honours will set you up for a rewarding career working alongside people of all ages with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

As a speech-language therapist you’ll facilitate independence in individuals. You’ll assess children, young people and adults with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders and work with them to improve their ability to participate in school, work and other daily activities. You may work with children who have speech and/or language disorders, or adults living with a traumatic brain injury or stroke.
