This Museum Studies master's covers a broad range of issues encountered in museum work. We'll provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to move into or enhance a career in museums. Our course is well established internationally. We've been educating museum professionals since 1993. We encourage a hands-on approach, involving major input from museum professionals regionally, nationally and internationally. The MA in Museum Studies is part of the School of Arts and Cultures and is taught by staff in Media, Culture and Heritage. Media, Culture and Heritage is a thriving, high-profile interdisciplinary research community. It is made up of postgraduate research students and experienced academic researchers who are key figures in their fields.

The MSc Forensic Psychology offers comprehensive professional training in forensic psychology. The programme combines expertise from academics and practitioners. We always ensure that the programme content is relevant, up to date and evidence-based.

By studying a broad computer science curriculum in your first two years, you'll develop knowledge in different aspects of the subject, and gain highly desirable skills in problem solving, program design and implementation. In your third year, you'll move onto specialist topics in game engineering.

In your final year you can specialise in a particular area of computer science or build your own broad based degree. You can choose topics that are taught by renowned experts in areas such as security and resilience, software engineering, bioinformatics and game engineering.

This MEng Engineering course has been designed alongside industry experts to provide you with a broad-based engineering education. You'll gain the depth of understanding and the interdisciplinary skills required to be successful in a number of engineering sectors.

This flexible general engineering degree is taught across Civil, Electrical & Electronic and Mechanical Engineering. You'll study general engineering themes throughout your degree. You'll develop diverse skills relevant to the needs of industry and today’s global challenges.

You'll specialise in one of three streams during the second year of the degree, whilst continuing to develop in-depth knowledge across the following disciplines:

• Civil Engineering
• Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

Upon choosing your specialism, you'll also have the option to take a placement year. This will further enhance your learning and employability skills.

Meng
This MEng degree includes an additional year of master's-level study which will deepen your knowledge.

Our MEng degrees are also a direct route to becoming a Chartered Engineer (CEng). You don’t need to study any more qualifications after your degree to work towards chartered status.

This three-year degree will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the human mind, as well as advanced mathematical skills that will support your career in this exciting field.

Throughout your studies, you'll have access to the School of Psychology's brand new building, with purpose-built, state-of-the-art facilities, including a forensic interviewing suite, a nutrition and food preference unit, a media and behaviour lab, medical consultation rooms, and psychological testing cubicles.
