Your technical skills will be assessed through an industrial design project and you complete selected chemical engineering topics by distance learning.

On return to University in your fourth year, you study a selection of topics that are tailored to further develop the technical expertise you gain on your placement.

This master's in Planning and Environment Research will suit those looking to specialise in environmental or landscape planning research.

The course will prepare you for a PhD in the field of environmental/ landscape planning. It will equip you with the knowledge, skills and understanding to pursue a research career.
