For this degree, you explore the science that lies behind this, covering specialisms such as physiology; nutrient metabolism; health psychology; and the prescription of nutrition and exercise. You study the development of English literature from Chaucer to the contemporary works of Benjamin Zephaniah and Monica Ali.
