• Motion capture via a suite of six infra-red cameras
• A driving simulator which can be programmed to display different scenarios and be used in conjunction with other equipment
• Several types of eye tracker available which have been used to examine topics such as word reading and bias in attention to alcohol-related stimuli
• Two psychophysiology labs to measure electrodermal activity, heart activity, electromyographic signals and EEG
• Experiment generator package ‘E-Prime’
• A variety of questionnaires and ability measures including access to the online survey tool ‘Qualtrics’

The MSc Diplomacy & International Security gives graduates from a range of academic backgrounds the opportunity to gain expertise in a vital area of international engagement. Diplomacy and International Security are among the most pressing issues facing the world today. Our main focus in psychology is the study of human behaviour.

You'll look at conditions of behaviour – how we learn, remember, co-ordinate our actions and interact with others – and the reasons for differences between individuals, such as personality or intelligence.

Due to the popularity of the course and performance criteria for entry into Honours (Year 4) the numbers admitted to Years 2 and 3 of the course are limited.
