Computer Engineering

The BACHELOR of SCIENCE in COMPUTER ENGINEERING program is concerned with the design of hardware and software for computing devices and systems. Computer Engineering students take a rigorous set of courses in hardware and software related topics. Graduates with a degree in computer engineering typically secure jobs that involve the design of embedded systems, mobile devices, automotive sensing and control systems and biomedical devices to name a few. They are also capable of working in software roles such as software engineering and web and mobile development.

Concentration in Gaming and Graphics
The Concentration in Gaming and Graphics is aimed at educating students in the design and development of video games and game engines.  This is a very exciting and growing industry. Video games have permeated all segments of population and industry from entertainment to educational. All courses in this concentration include a significant experiential component.

The mission of the Master of Science in Sports Science is to prepare scholarly and innovative leaders in sports, physical activity and recreation. Anthropology - Archaeology
If you have an innate curiosity about human behavior, social organization, and cultural diversity, Hofstra's BA in Anthropology may be the right program for you.
