The Community Health Promotion program is designed to help you promote good health and prevent disease. You’ll develop the skills needed to be a health education professional who works with the community in a variety of public, private, and professional settings.
Graduates of the MA in Community Health Promotion are trained to:

Assess health status and the need for health education programs.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate health education programs.
• Participate in securing funding for programs.
• Coordinate health education activities and resources among agencies.

A computer science degree opens the door to a successful career in many fields including industry, research and marketing. You can work as a software engineer, systems architect or data engineer, or you can become a specialist in the quickly growing fields of cybersecurity or cryptography.

You will be able to provide professional services (i.e. case management and crisis intervention) to those in need. Both the BA and BFA unlock exciting career opportunities in the visual arts. If you dream of becoming a professional artist or designer, a BFA will provide you with the training and confidence to build your own studio practice, then apply for artist residencies or an MFA. If you’re interested in a career in curating, art direction, web design, multimedia animation, art conservation or arts administration, a BA—a liberal arts degree—will help you develop highly marketable professional skills like analysis, critical thinking and problem solving.

Latin American Studies is a diverse field that bridges the social sciences, natural sciences and humanities in the study of the Americas. You’ll be prepared for a variety of careers in international relations, international business, healthcare-related fields, teaching, politics, or law. More importantly, it prepares you to become an informed citizen with the sensitivity to the wants and needs of multicultural populations.

The multidisciplinary study of neuroscience draws on the fields of biology and psychology to understand how the brain generates behavior, emotion and cognition. It provides excellent preparation for medical school and graduate studies and offers a gateway to careers in the research industry and fields related to psychology, gerontology, biology, chemistry, physics, physical therapy, speech pathology and audiology, nursing, special education, biomedical engineering, business, and law, among many others.
