The Community Health Promotion program is designed to help you promote good health and prevent disease. You’ll develop the skills needed to be a health education professional who works with the community in a variety of public, private, and professional settings.
Graduates of the MA in Community Health Promotion are trained to:

Assess health status and the need for health education programs.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate health education programs.
• Participate in securing funding for programs.
• Coordinate health education activities and resources among agencies.

With a MS in Sports Management, it’s easy to turn your love of sports into a rewarding and exciting career. During the graduate program, you’ll work with an adviser to customize your education to match your goals.

As part of your Sports Management program, you will:

• Learn about key functions, including sports marketing, public relations, and technology.
• Gain proficiency in market analysis, budget preparation, and business management.
• Plan your career and start networking in the industry.

You can perform on the stage or in television series or film projects, teach acting or develop your own stage plays, media channel, or video productions. You can pursue directing, production or arts communications, or work behind the scenes doing set design, costumes, or lighting.

Acting - Concentration
Our acting concentration prepares you for work on stage or screen. You’ll learn the vocal and physical skills required of an actor and participate in a wide array of performance activities, including chamber theater, cabaret, solo and ensemble work.
Only acting majors and minors are allowed to audition for departmental productions; every student is guaranteed performance opportunities and may earn many more through auditioning.

With a degree in economics, you can work as a lawyer, economist, actuary, financial risk or data analyst, financial planner, economic researcher, financial consultant, or investment analyst. Many students continue their education with a law degree or master’s degree in economics.
