Our Bachelor of Arts in Women's and Gender Studies is an interdisciplinary study of women and gender in cross-cultural and historical perspectives. You'll explore how women's lives have been shaped by history, culture, nationality, class and other elements of diversity.

The Bachelor of Business Administration degree prepares graduates to think critically, solve problems and lead with confidence. This broad-based program teaches important business fundamentals across environments and industries both in the U.S. and globally. You'll learn how goods and services are produced, financed and marketed; the impact of external forces on business success; basics of accounting and quantitative methods, plus an introduction to organizational theory and communication and leadership decision-making.

Finance
Students will learn how money is raised and invested, how to manage a company's financial resources, and gain an understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, investments and financial institutions. You’ll acquire the background to handle an array of financial challenges including the impact of interest rates, be able to perform risk analyses, know how to determine the value and return of investments, and grasp the regulatory environment. Students who graduate with the finance major are prepared to enter positions in corporations, financial institutions, brokerage firms, investment banks, and government. They also are prepared for post-graduate study in all areas of business.

Civil engineering is one of the oldest of the engineering disciplines. It involves the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings, highways, railways, bridges, airports, seaports, and other structures of modern society. Given the global need for rebuilding, maintaining and further developing infrastructures, the demand for civil engineers has never been greater. Our civil engineering graduates can choose from a broad spectrum of career opportunities in industry, government and private consulting.

Our Recreation and Sport Management undergraduate curriculum offers professional preparation programs designed to prepare students for employment in park, recreation, sport or recreational therapy delivery systems.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, you’ll learn how to influence buyer behavior, analyze markets, develop marketing strategies, create marketing plans, calculate pricing, and interpret market research. You'll gain a solid understanding of all business activities under the marketing umbrella—from the identification and selection of target markets, to the development, pricing, placement and promotion of goods and services, and the management of relationships among business partners and their customers. Graduates will be job-ready to pursue careers in sales, advertising, distribution and logistics, and international marketing.

We offer the Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) degree to select individuals who meet the prerequisite criteria. The program prepares students for generalist practice social work with individuals, groups, communities, and organizations.
