Environmental engineers are the technical professionals who identify and design solutions for environmental problems affecting health issues and the quality of the air, water, and land. The impact of environmental problems on the quality of life has significantly expanded the job opportunities in environmental engineering. Our environmental engineering programs offer interdisciplinary courses in biology, geology, chemistry, ecology, atmospheric sciences, geotechnical engineering, urban planning, water resources engineering, pollution prevention and waste management.

The Bachelor of Business Administration degree prepares graduates to think critically, solve problems and lead with confidence. This broad-based program teaches important business fundamentals across environments and industries both in the U.S. and globally. You'll learn how goods and services are produced, financed and marketed; the impact of external forces on business success; basics of accounting and quantitative methods, plus an introduction to organizational theory and communication and leadership decision-making.

Finance

You’ll acquire the background to handle an array of financial challenges including the impact of interest rates, be able to perform risk analyses, know how to determine the value and return of investments, and grasp the regulatory environment. Students who graduate with the finance major are prepared to enter positions in corporations, financial institutions, brokerage firms, investment banks, and government. They also are prepared for post-graduate study in all areas of business.

Business Administration in Real Estate

A real estate degree from the College of Business will prepare you to make decisions in the real estate and real estate finance industries. Explore the financial aspects of all real estate transactions, from residential to commercial to international, and learn about property management and real estate development.

Graduates are able to understand the functions of real estate markets, practices, and institutions, understand the nature of the legal environment of real estate, appraise the real estate development opportunities in the commercial real estate markets for residential, warehouse, retail, and industrial properties, and solve specific problems or issues related to the analysis of real estate financing alternatives.

Our Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience offers a rigorous undergraduate education with an emphasis in clinical, systems and behavioral neuroscience, development, neuroplasticity, mental health disorders, research methodology, statistics and data analysis, plus foundational STEM courses needed to compete in the fastest-growing medical and scientific careers.

Electrical engineers design, develop, test and supervise the manufacturing of electrical equipment. This ranges from small pocket devices like GPS devices to power generation equipment. Students will learn the application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism.

Our Bachelor of Science Degree in Geosciences prepares students for careers and graduate study in geological, hydrological and atmospheric science fields, and is founded on a background in physical sciences.
