Study ways to improve crops and discover new crossbreeds of plants, and learn the latest approaches to the cultivation, marketing, and processing of ornamental plants, fruits, and vegetables. Topics include soil science and conservation, ornamentals and grasses, urban landscape management, sustainable horticulture, and much more.

Urban Entomology: Learn about insects found in urban environments and how to manage for them.

The concentration draws heavily on anthropology and literary analysis to provide a vocabulary for the study of culture. It also examines how identities are created, maintained, or changed in a global world.

The Bachelor of Music prepares you for a career as a professional musician or composer. It also serves as the gateway to graduate-level studies in music.
