Classical Civilization
The Classical Civilization concentration allows you to explore the culture and history of ancient Greece and Rome. In this concentration, you will learn to read Latin or Greek and can continue to pursue advanced language work and/or interests in the classical world. The curriculum includes courses in art history, classical studies (in translation), history, linguistics, philosophy, political science, and religious studies.

If you’re a natural-born “mathlete,” a degree in mathematics can lead to a career in many exciting areas, including actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, and secondary education. You can also pursue a graduate degree or professional degree in fields such as law and business.

This curriculum is diverse with opportunities to study forest management of hardwood and pine forests, wetlands, wildlife, conservation biology, fisheries, aquaculture, habitat management, or prepare for a career as a wildlife-oriented veterinarian. Curricula emphasizes field instruction. Unique facilities available through this curriculum include the School of Renewable Natural Resources’ Lee Memorial Forest, an actively managed forest, which has accommodations and teaching facilities so that you can get hands-on experience in the field.

Interior designers create functional and visually appealing indoor environments. They shape, organize, furnish, and adorn the insides of buildings to reflect our personal and cultural aspirations. Today’s interior designers do not simply decorate. They work on wide range of interiors, from residential to corporate projects, designing spaces within new buildings and finding ways to adapt and re-use existing structures. If this sounds like your idea of heaven, then interior design may be for you.

Learn how raw products move from farm to table, including all of the functions of agricultural business. This major will allow you to focus on management, marketing, finance, and economics, while addressing questions and concerns involving the economics and sociology of agriculture, natural resources, and rural communities.

The Bachelor of Arts is a broad-based liberal arts degree with an emphasis in the study of music. You can use this degree to explore music alongside other areas of study including business, engineering, arts administration, digital media, and jazz.

By applying the fundamentals of their discipline (reactions and separations), chemical engineers design, install, and complete the processes for efficient production of materials, as well as tailor the properties of materials for specific applications. With these skills, chemical engineers may help make microprocessors for Apple, controllers for Ford, and laundry detergent pods for Proctor & Gamble. Graduates may work in the petrochemical industry/plants, research and development, or go on to graduate school or medical school.

From companion animals to livestock, study all aspects of the animal industries, including production, processing, and nutrition, as well as care of companion animals and preparation for veterinary school. Dairy Production: Learn about animal and dairy sciences with a focus on dairy cattle production.

This program will provide you with the knowledge and skills to participate in the environmental community in areas such as federal and local environmental regulations, land use planning, soil and water conservation, coastal restoration, and agricultural management.

Environmental Analysis and Risk Management: Gain knowledge and practical understanding of chemistry, microbiology, land use planning, site investigation techniques, risk assessment, and federal and local environmental regulation.

The Bachelor of Music prepares you for a career as a professional musician or composer. It also serves as the gateway to graduate-level studies in music.
