Students dive deep into rhetoric and composition, learning about language and the context in which it is written and read.

This program teaches and instills leadership traits and qualities, so that you may one day lead an organization. Students gain unique skills and experiences related to the military, such as map reading, land navigation, marksmanship, rappelling and much more. The UD School of Education and Health Sciences offers 11 undergraduate degree programs and 11 undergraduate certificate, licensure & endorsement programs to help prepare students for careers in education, health, wellness, sport or physical activity. UD SEHS also offers 24 graduate degree programs and 22 graduate certificate, licensure & endorsement programs. Prepare to perform in an opera, musical, recording studio, orchestra, band, chorus, chamber ensemble or as a soloist. Our program will help you refine your abilities in music performance to begin working or pursuing graduate studies after graduation. You will have a multitude of individual and group performance opportunities including solo competitions, workshops, masterclasses, and national and international travel with our ensembles.

Students majoring in Management (MGT) will build global leadership competencies by acquiring a deeper understanding of business and cultural practices while at the same time building a leadership skill set. Features of the major:

• Bookend experience that launches students into the major and concludes with an experiential learning experience
• Leadership skills built via coursework, hands-on exercises, examination of personal assets/strengths and putting both into practice with application of knowledge and skills to applied problems.
• Project management skills obtained by working on case studies and hands-on projects throughout the major

Upon graduation, students will possess a breadth of business knowledge and abilities enabling them to assess complex problems in business settings and to lead the implementation of effective, innovative, and transformative solutions.

People have been exploring ideas and expressing their thoughts and feelings by producing art throughout history. By studying art history, you will learn how art embodies and controls cultural, economic, gender, political, religious and social dynamics.
