Our restorative criminal justice major integrates the values of Christ with a deeper knowledge of crime and justice. You'll learn with incarcerated students in classes at the Tennessee Prison for Women as part of our nationally-recognized Lipscomb Initiative for Education (LIFE).

Restorative criminal justice holds that "crime" is a violation of human relationships. It believes that all stakeholders (offender, victims, and community) in the offense should have a voice in the process of making things as right as possible.

Restorative criminal justice does not reject punishment but does embrace a holistic approach to achieving accountability. This interdisciplinary major embraces the holistic approach.

Contribute your vision to the world. Learn the foundations and practice of animation, from character design to top-end computer graphics and 3D graphics. At Lipscomb, you'll grow your creative skills under some of the most prominent animators in the U.S., including Tom Bancroft and John Pomeroy. You’ll connect with and learn from experts in Maya software, the industry standard in computer graphics and CGI effects. Our faculty have decades of experience in web technologies, security systems and more.

We'll guide you into broadening your skill in web design, web content development, client liaison, client-side/server-side scripting, in addition to web server and network security configuration.  Web development can range from developing the simplest static plain text pages to complex Web-based internet applications, electronic commerce sites and social network services.
