The beauty of the Tiffin University Cyber Security major is that it is not narrowly focused. The Cyber Security major addresses the evolving threats to our economy and society in cyberspace. The Human Services Concentration offers an applied psychological and interdisciplinary understanding of personal and social problems often encountered in contemporary society, and it is designed primarily for students who intend to pursue careers in psychological and social service related fields. Through its combination of coursework, internship, and self-directed study, this program prepares students for immediate employment in a wide variety of helping professions, and serves as a foundation for admission to applied graduate study in the mental health and community service related fields.

The finance concentration enables the student to build upon the solid foundation from the course work in the MBA program and provides students with greater exposure to economic and financial business practices. The finance courses provide an opportunity for students to learn about local, national and international economies in cooperating and competing markets. Students will explore performance of stocks, bonds, commodities and other types of investments. The program prepares students to work in the field of financial management either independently or with a corporation, bank, securities firm, non-profit organization or an investment firm.

Our criminalistics program combines classroom teaching with a unique progression that advances your experience from the crime scene to the courtroom. It’s intense but rewarding and teaches skills you can apply in many ways in public and private sector jobs. It’s also flexible, with online classes starting in January, March, May, July, August and October to accommodate our students’ busy schedules. As with our other criminal justice degree programs, there are no application fees and we accept transfer credit from regionally accredited institutions.
