Students are given four options to emphasize in this highly rigorous program of study: 2D, 3D, Photography and Digital Studio. Studio art encompasses visual art such as photographs, paintings, prints, drawings, sculptures and ceramics. Within the bachelor of studio arts program at TROY, you will be introduced to desktop graphic applications, emerging technological advancements in art and design and principles of two-, three- and four-dimensional space and drawing. The Division of Economics and Finance is also home to the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy. The Johnson Center provides a dynamic and rigorous education program focused on the imperatives of free markets and individual liberty as well as relevant policy research on current and local issues.
