This degree combines management theory with business intelligence. What you'll learn
The Master of Management (Business Analytics) comprises of 12 courses. You will complete four management courses, and six Business Analytics specialisation courses.

You will learn skills necessary for conducting research in disciplines including Contemporary Art, Communication Design, Illustration Animation, Product Design, Cultural Studies, Film and Television, Journalism and Professional Writing, Communication and Media, Creative Writing, Social Media, Screen Studies and more. You will apply these skills to frame and develop your own research project, producing an outcome that responds to your research questions, project aims and objectives. Outcomes are visual and/or written, as appropriate for your disciplinary focus and project. Throughout your research studies you will be supervised by experienced research academics.
 

This Graduate Diploma is designed and taught by academics actively involved in collaborative industry research. You will study core courses in HRM and specialised topics such as recruitment and selection, employment law, and people, leadership and performance.

This interdisciplinary degree combines two complementary fields to equip you for a specialist marketing career with skills in digital and print design. You’ll gain foundation knowledge in design and evidence-based marketing and learn how to apply design principles across a range of marketing activities.

Your lecturers will also be the very experts who advise brands like Procter & Gamble, CBS and Nestlé.

What you'll learn

The degree starts with core courses in business. These will give you a solid grasp of business fundamentals such as economics, accounting and business law. Elective courses are another key part of your business degree.

In your design and marketing specialisation, you’ll focus on areas such as digital marketing, design for publication, consumer behaviour, and computer graphics and imaging for design.

In your law studies you can undertake a Community Justice Project, practice advocacy and negotiation, or gain industry experience through participation in our Legal Advice Clinic or a professional placement. 

In your arts studies you can enjoy flexibility through your choice of 2 Arts Majors from the list of Bachelor of Arts majors. The expertise you gain in two arts-related areas, in addition to your law studies, will further improve your employment prospects.

What you'll learn

This degree is made up of 40 courses. You will do 24 courses in law and 16 courses in arts.        

Laws (Honours)

As a UniSA Law student, you’ll gain valuable skills from day one, including in reasoning, reporting, analysis, negotiation, communication and advocacy. You will also experience what it's like to argue a case and provide legal advice.

Throughout your degree you will study core courses that teach you the fundamental legal concepts that underpin the Australian legal system. Courses such as torts, contracts, criminal law and constitutional law will give you a good understanding of basic legal principles.

Our Law program also features courses that build your leadership skills, intercultural communication, project management and capacity for community engagement.

You will have the opportunity to have practical learning experiences, including mooting, negotiation, and witness examination; ensuring you’ll be prepared for legal practice upon graduation.

Arts

In this unique arts degree you can select two majors, further developing skills and knowledge in two distinct - but potentially complementary - disciplines. Studying a double major increases your employment prospects. You will also graduate with writing, presentation, digital, communication, research and problem solving skills that can be transferred across a range of roles and are highly regarded by prospective employers.

You will choose your two arts majors from one of these specialisations:

• Applied Linguistics: develop an in-depth understanding of human language through the integration of theoretical and applied perspectives, with a strong practical, community and industry focus.
• Creative Writing and Literature: combine critical engagement with literary theory in a complementary exploration of creative writing techniques across a range of genres.
• Cultural Studies: explore the complex and diverse economic, cultural, social, historical and political legacies that influence modern-day society. 
• English Language*: develop advanced level English skills and gain intercultural expertise to work in a variety of countries and contexts.
• History and Global Politics: explore the patterns and processes that have shaped our societies over time and help you analyse and predict events in our contemporary world.

• Psychology: develop a broad knowledge of psychological science including psychology, mental health, social services and human resources.
