This undergraduate finance course prepares students for entry level positions in finance and related fields in the world of business. Students are taught to make informed predictions and forecasts about insurance and investments. They also gain practical and theoretical knowledge of various financial components such as portfolio management, corporate finance and international finance.

The plethora of electives offered in this course ensures a wholesome growth and development of the student as he/ she are taught critical thinking, risk management, personality development, hands on skills around theatre and creativity and a basic understanding of subjects like psychology, business journalism and political science.

Optometry is a health care profession that is autonomous and concerned especially with examining the eye for defects and faults of refraction, with prescribing correctional lenses, prisms, eye exercises and/or visual rehabilitation care for visually impaired, with diagnosing diseases of the eye, and with treating such diseases or referring (Speciality) them for treatment. Optometry as a profession has the primary public health responsibility for eliminating uncorrected refractive error (the leading cause of vision impairment globally). As primary eye care practitioner, optometrists have a vital role in detecting potentially serious eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma and Diabetic retinopathy, age-related maculopathy, as well as general health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, Thyroid etc which means optometrists can also help to alleviate the burden of other causes of blindness and diseases through diagnosis & referral.

B.Voc is a 3 year degree program offered by ARKA JAIN University (AJU) as per UGC guidelines. Theory classes and hands on Practical Training will be provided at AJU – ARKA JAIN University Campus and NTTF Centres located at Jamshedpur (Golmuri & Burmamines).

• B.Voc is equivalent to any graduation degree and facilitates admission for post graduation courses like M.Voc and MBA.
• B.Voc enables students to take up Post Graduation, UPSC, Bank, Railway and other competitive exams.
• B.Voc graduates have better scope in industries.
• B.Voc Degree in a particular skill set, one can apply for specific skill based VISA rather than general work permit for foreign immigration.
