BTech Electronics & Communication Engineering provides basic and advanced knowledge in electronics and allied areas such as; artificial intelligence, communication engineering, machine learning, microwave engineering, and VLSI design. The flexible course curriculum offers various advanced and industry-related elective subjects. At Bennett University, the CEOs and CXOs of the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), QoS Technologies, IBM, and other researchers have contributed to the curriculum design of this specialization. Some of the courses in this specialization are Cyber Security with Blockchain, Malware Analysis for Mobile Devices, Security and Privacy for Big Data Analytics, Penetration Testing, and Ethical Hacking, among others. 

The BCA program at School of Engineering & Applied Sciences is focused on students who are enthusiastic to purse their careers in Computer related fields. The three-year program offers specializations in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity, Data Science, DevOps, and Full-Stack. 

Masters of Computer Applications is a postgraduate professional programme to help build a shining career in software and application development.Blockchain is a system of recording information in a way that makes it difficult or impossible to change, hack, or cheat the system.A blockchain is essentially a digital ledger of transactions that is duplicated and distributed across the entire network of computer systems on the blockchain. Each block in the chain contains a number of transactions, and every time a new transaction occurs on the blockchain, a record of that transaction is added to every participant’s ledger. The decentralised database managed by multiple participants is known as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).

The BBA program at the School of Management comes with an international perspective combined with a hands-on, industry-based learning experience for the students.The program positions the students at an interface that works towards creating leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs capable of developing and leading sustainable business enterprises.The BBA in Marketing specialization equips the student to master the skills from the domain of marketing management. The courses covered in this specialization are Product and Brand Management, Sales and Distribution, Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Marketing Communication, Services Marketing, among others.

BTech Biotechnology program encompasses courses from basic sciences, humanities & social sciences, entrepreneurship, engineering, bioinformatics, and core biotechnology with teaching-learning through research-enabled project-based learning.The specialization is designed to provide advanced knowledge in Applied Genetics, and Genomics required for Genetic counseling and precision medicine. The course focuses on subjects related to Human Genetics, Genetic Counselling, Genomics and Personalized Medicines.

The BA Liberal Arts program, offered by the School of Liberal Arts, aims to inculcate critical thinking among students, enabling them to communicate effectively, making them ethical decision-makers and transforming them into leaders.A major in Advertising and Public Relations will expose students to innovation and creativity to harness emerging trends in the industry and create sharp strategies and insightful communication campaigns. The courses covered under this major include Basics of Advertising, Advertising Strategy, Media Planning and Buying, Brand Management, Public Relations & Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing and Native Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication.
