Our Culinary Arts program with specialisation in Bakery and Pastry Arts is intended to train ambitious entrepreneurs in the fields of pastry and bakery by building on the strengths of the foundational culinary arts curriculum. The program includes advanced culinary classes, key operational and management disciplines as well as business and marketing.You will be immersed in a learning environment that inspires creativity and ignites the entrepreneurial spirit.

You will master the fundamentals of culinary arts, develop your palate and senses by exploring different techniques, ingredients and world cuisines. Students study practical-based courses such as Baking Technology, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Accounting, Management Principles, Baking Ingredients Studies, Food Product Development, Operations Management and Practical Baking Skills in Confectionery, Pastry and Artisan Bread Making. Further, our expert faculty, with their extensive academic & professional experience, acquaint students with the latest developments in the Bakery & Pastry Industry.

Cyber Security is a branch of Digital Forensic Science pertaining to legal evidence found in the cyber space and digital storage media. Cyber Security technologies, processes and practices are designed to protect networks, computers, programs and data from damage or unauthorised access.

Chitkara School of Health Sciences (CSHS) has introduced a 4-Year full-time program in Optometry, which deals with the examination, diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the visual system.

The program is envisaged to develop a multipurpose ophthalmic manpower at paramedical level. The program will enable a student to become a competent person in providing service as an Optometrist at Tertiary eye care center, specialty eye clinic such as low vision clinic, orthoptic clinic, contact lens clinic, Optical outlets, can also provide Ophthalmic Assistant to the community as an Community optometrist, and can also provide services at Multinational Vision Care Companies. Our training methodology will provide students with integrated inputs that will help develop their conceptual & analytical skills, and a strong technical knowledge base, in order to prepare them for a bright future in the eye care sector of the Healthcare Industry.

The two-year master’s program offers specialised qualification with which you can focus on both the technical and artistic aspects of communicating through a range of visual media. The program offered at Chitkara University has a strong focus on the application of artistic and computer-aided design skills to the interpretation of commercial and technical information for the public.

At Chitkara University, we offer Computer Science Engineering with specialisation in UI/UX DESIGN. This specialisation focuses on teaching students how to design digital products that provide relevant user experiences – understanding the needs of the users. It trains you in creating a product roadmap based on these user needs and implementing the principles of UI/UX design to get an easy to use and simple product.
