M.Sc. (Agri.) Entomology is a two year post graduate programme designed to provide knowledge and skill of plant protection principles and procedures to the students. The program offers an excellent blend of theory and research that align with the curricula of leading agricultural universities and ICAR guidelines. The course structure imparts the students with through understanding of the breadth of Agricultural Entomology by providing comprehensive knowledge on basic concepts and current developments in Insect Biosystematics; Insect Physiology; Insect-Pest Management, Host Plant resistance and Insect Toxicology along with minor courses of resistance breeding and plant diseases. The focus of the programme is not only insect pests but also the beneficial arthropods found in the agro-ecosystem that contribute to ecosystem services such as biological control and pollination. The objective of the program is to prepare professionals working in the areas of telecom/software for the dynamic and continuous changes of the digital/analogue world, and successfully participate towards its future development and research. M. Tech. Communication Engineering programme aims at equipping the students with a knowledge of computer systems and communication engineering. The technical skills and ability to pursue high end research in the field of communication engineering are also provided
