Students are given relevant information on food handling aspects that include importance of personal hygiene, cleaning and care of equipments and various methods of dishwashing. Upon successful completion of the academics in the first two semesters, students undergo a mandatory 6 months industrial training in reputed hotel chains in their final semester.
