Mechanical Engineering has a sub-discipline called Automobile Engineering. An Automotive Engineer today is involved in many aspects of the industry, from the design and mechanics of automobiles to the security and safety of new modes of transportation. DHMCT – Food Production aims to offer expertise to students in the Food Production area. The students of Diploma in Food Production are introduced to fundamentals of food production in the beginning and then gradually go through the advanced concepts of kitchen operations and kitchen management.
