The post-graduate course in law is aimed at providing advanced education and training to law graduates. The curriculum is diligently designed to cater to the needs of the students. Currently, School of Law is running LL.M. in three different streams i.e. Corporate and IP Laws, Cyber Laws and Cyber Security and Criminal Law and Criminal Justice.

Course Outcomes

• The basic agenda of LL.M. is to provide an academically rich atmosphere to the students so as to enable them to gather deeper insight into specific fields of law
• The course intends to prepare the students for academic and research field as well as to foster the professional needs of a law graduate

The program seeks to develop creative thinkers, strategic planners and project execution professionals who can communicate effectively, harness the global environment and develop future talent that is acclimatized to working in the current multicultural and diverse world with a perspective of inclusion. The event and entertainment domain is global and multi-faceted with various media streams. Hence a global perspective with adequate knowledge of media integration is pivotal. We empower our students with in-depth and applicable knowledge of the Live Media domain. Students who major in Events & Entertainment management enter a variety of careers which include domains like Project Management, Business Development, Wedding Planning, Marketing & Sponsorship, Experiential Marketing, Social & Digital Media, Hospitality & Logistic Management, Production & Operation Management, Artiste Management, Hybrid Event Specialist, Creative Development, Event Visualiser, On-stage & Backstage Management etc.

The Course introduces the students to the vast and dynamic world of Events & Entertainment management. The students are equipped with adequate knowledge and skills to build a strong foundation that provides them with an opportunity to explore various opportunities with Corporates, Event Agencies, PR agencies, Broadcast, Content Producers, OTT Platforms and Advertising Agencies.

Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a minimum 2 year full time programme in management. The programme offers options to specialize or earn a major or a minor in a pre-specified functional area. It brings an internationally benchmarked learning context. It primarily aims to help students up to 5 years of experience including fresh graduates, and/or students and with family business background emerge as business managers and leaders.

Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accounting is a minimum 3 year full time undergraduate programme in business administration with a strong accounting modules aligned with the ACCA.

Master of Design in Visual Communication Design course would enable the learners to develop creative, critical and reflective thinking using visual design thinking skills. This course would give the learner an opportunity to develop respect and acknowledgement of the diverse roles and practices of designers and give them a deep understanding of the cultural context of visual communication design. This course would enable the learner in generating methods and processes for solving communication problems. The emphasis is to become a creative problem solver who can effectively use various design methods. The course is at an advance level to create communication design designer with greater analytical and problem solving capabilities.

The undergraduate program in Psychology at JLU aims at imparting the knowledge of various domains of Psychology. The modules offered at undergraduate level invigorate and apprise the learners of theoretical constructs and practical applicability of the subject. It takes a multi-dimensional approach to ensure that the students have a deep understanding of the core fundamentals and thus enabling them to apply various psychological concepts.

The program aims to impart basic knowledge and skills in the important areas of Psychology especially, the foundations of psychology, physiological psychology, social psychology, abnormal psychology, organisational psychology, human resource management, psychology of health and wellbeing. It is expected to prepare students for enhancing their knowledge and skills of application and demonstration through advanced studies. The course will also equip the students with professionalism and competence through various practical components included in every semester. The course has a strong emphasis on developing analytical skills in the areas of psychology and counseling. It ensures implanting high professionalism and practical skills and efficiency in the students. It also builds a strong foundation to pursue higher courses in human psychology, counseling and psychotherapy.

The objective of the course is to
