The B.A. English (Hons) program aims to provide students with an opportunity to read and respond to novels, plays, and poetry across different genres. Also, students study a variety of literature, socio-cultural, and political issues concerning contemporary English.

MA in English is an amalgamation of ancient and modern English Literature which mainly comprises four primary areas of focus, Poetry, Prose, Drama, and Linguistics.

Microbiology, as the name suggests is directly related to the ecosystem wherein knowledge is provided and research is encouraged in the field of biology. Electrical Engineering is a core and an evergreen branch of Engineering. An Electrical Engineer can focus on skill-based learning in various area of Electricity and its applications, such as generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of energy, Instrumentation & Control, Switch-gear & Automation Engineering, Panel Design Engineering, Energy Management and Audit and most importantly in electrical equipment maintenance and repair field also.

To achieve these diverse objectives, Electrical Engineering Department will strive to identify experienced, committed and dedicated staff who are constantly updating themselves by attending various seminars, workshop as well as interaction with industry and imparting their knowledge amongst the students. The students are also encouraged to convert their conceptual knowledge to practical implementation and the department has laboratories well equipped with state of art technology.

Transportation Engineering is a special branch of Civil Engineering which focuses on the various modes of Transportation that includes road ways, bridges, rail ways, marine ways and air ways. It is involved with analysis and design of the transportation routes for men and material movements. The scope is not limited to only design of the Transportation routes but it also includes design of the signaling, traffic managements as well as pavement materials for Transportations. It is also concerned with developing the new materials for construction of bituminous, concrete roads as well as railway sleepers and run way design. The students pursuing this course study about ideas and various research methods to smooth, safe and fast means of by any mode of Transportation. The tunnels, bridges metro, BRTS, Mono rail with environmental concern etc. are the part and partial of these engineering. Further, it also includes the repair and rehabilitation of the distressed roads, railways and bridges. With the increase in infrastructure demand all over the world including India, professionals with Transportation Engineering are in high demand in Core companies, MNC consultancy firms, Government sectors, Road construction, Railways and Bridge construction as well as in academics and R & D sectors.

Environmental science is a multidisciplinary field which describes the interactions between physical, chemical, and biological components of the environment and also about the relationships and effects of these components with the organisms. The field of environmental science can be divided into three main goals

• To learn functional mechanism of nature works,
• To understand elementary components of environment and their interaction with human beings.
• To determine the ways to deal with environmental issues.

The current global business and legal practice requires the skill which should be helpful to tackle any type of legal issue arising in future. The Faculty of Law, Marwadi University one of the top Law Schools in India offer our LLM (Master of Law) programme aimed to inculcate student’s legal knowledge and opens the door for more and more opportunities in India and abroad.

The LL.M. programme is a one-year degree program that help students who are enthusiastic in enhancing their knowledge in particular area of law. This is equally useful for the practicing lawyers as well as the students who are interested to build up their career in teaching and research. Due to the diversity of our students and faculty members coming from different states and nations, the Programme will be more interesting and also intellectually probing since sharing of thoughtful ideas from different places will happen.
